Gosford Yoga Flow & Sound Bath – SOLD OUT

Join us for a morning of yoga flow followed by a sound bath in the wonderful surroundings of Gosford House.

You will be guided through the practice by Angela Edwards of Satanama Yoga before finishing with a blether, tea and cake.

All funds raised will support the Aberlady Gala and Parent Council.
